Look at the Whole: Simple Systems Thinking for Everyday Life
Systems thinking means looking at how the pieces of a whole fit together and affect each other. Instead of blaming one person or one part, you ask what the whole pattern is. For example, if you feel constantly tired, you might think it is just a lack of sleep, but a systems view also checks diet, stress, exercise and work habits. Seeing the bigger picture helps you spot the real cause of a problem, not just the symptom. It saves time, reduces frustration and leads to solutions that last longer. In relationships, work, or health, understanding the connections creates more balance and less blame. Each day, pause for a minute and map the simple chain that leads to a current issue. Write down the main factor, then one thing that influences it, and one thing that that factor influences. This tiny map shows you where a small change can shift the whole system.
