Good time management is about using the hours you have, not about filling every minute with work. When you plan, you give yourself a clear path and avoid feeling rushed. Begin each morning by writing down the three most important things you must finish. Treat those as non-negotiable and do them before anything else.
A quick way to stay on track is the colour-code method: mark tasks as red for high priority, amber for medium, and green for low. Look at your list and ask, “Does this really move me forward?” If the answer is no, drop it or ask someone else to help.
Balancing work with short breaks and a little time for yourself keeps your energy steady and makes the day feel lighter.
