Watch the Clouds, Calm the Mind
You might notice how the mind feels like a weather-filled sky, calm one moment and stormy the next. When we accept that thoughts are passing clouds, we give ourselves permission to breathe without judgement. Instead of fighting the wind, we can simply watch it, noticing the shape of each cloud.
Try a brief pause each morning: close your eyes, inhale deeply for four counts, exhale for six, and notice any feeling that arises. This tiny ritual anchors you in the present and reminds you that wellbeing is a practice, not a perfect state.
