Quiet Windows
When you pause the rush of the day, even a few quiet minutes become a window into yourself. Contemplation is not about finding grand answers, but about noticing the small ripples of thought that surface when we let the mind settle. In that stillness, you often hear the truth you’ve been ignoring.
We can turn that fleeting glimpse into a habit by simply naming one thought that feels sticky, then gently setting it aside like a book on a shelf. The act of naming creates distance, and distance creates space for insight to emerge. Give yourself permission to sit with the question, not the answer.
