Perak Villages Get Fresh Boost

The Education Ministry has wrapped up 22 upgrading projects in north Perak under the Madani Adopted Village programme, finishing in Kampung Pengkalan Hulu on March 15. The works span from refurbished school halls to brand‑new futsal courts, alongside improved drainage, lighting and community spaces. By modernising both learning environments and recreational facilities, the initiative aims to raise educational standards, encourage youth sport participation and uplift overall quality of life for villagers. The rollout demonstrates the government’s push to blend education with community wellbeing, signalling a broader commitment to rural revitalisation across Malaysia.
