Datuk Poh Po Lian, appointed executor and trustee of the late Tan Sri Ta Kin Yan’s estate, has welcomed a recent High Court probate ruling that clears the way for the estate’s administration. The decision confirms Poh’s authority to manage and distribute assets, settle debts, and resolve any lingering disputes. It also provides certainty for shareholders, creditors and family members who have been awaiting closure since Tan Sri’s passing.
